36 managers of travel agencies, MICE and Corporate agencies.

All these actors regularly organize events or groups in Italy.

The 36 meetings will take place according to a schedule established in advance which will ensure that you meet all these participants during interviews lasting 15 minutes.

9:30 a.m.: start of the workshop

12:30 p.m.: end of the first part followed by a lunch cocktail.

2:00 p.m.: Interviews resume until 8:00 p.m.

8:30 p.m.: Closing cocktail reception networking.

10:30 p.m.: End of the cocktail and return to the hotel.

Rates

The price is € 3,680 excluding tax



    which includes:

• 2 nights in a 4-star hotel in B&B
• The Wokhshop in a beautiful space
• Lunch and dinner cocktails.
• The welcome dinner on May 18
• The visit to Paris with closing lunch on May 20.
• The transfers.
• The provision of documentation concerning Buyers.
• Newsletters with information on all exhibitors will be sent to 3,480 French-speaking agencies.

Upon receipt by email of your desire to participate, we will send you a contract accompanied by the terms of payment.

Practical information :

A room will have been reserved for you in a 4-star B&B hotel near the Workshop venue for the nights of May 18 and 19, 2022.

Airport or train station transfers will be provided by us.

During the workshop, a permanent break without alcohol will be at your disposal for the whole day.  On the evening of the 18th, we will organize a welcome dinner which will be reserved for you in a Parisian brasserie.

On the 20th, we will also organize a "surprise" visit to Paris for you, which will end with a shared lunch before transfers to the train stations or airports.

Possibility of organizing an extension of the stay at your expense.
